Order cancellation

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. There will be a restocking fee of 5% and if outside the USA the restocking fee is 8%. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. 

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. After 7 days, the product will not be eligible for a replacement or refund. Items must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note: If your returned package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive before receiving a refund.

We do not issue the refund if your our order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).

Kindly make your selection thoughtfully, as we are unable to process returns or exchanges based on a change of mind. All purchases are considered final.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, submit a return or cancellation request through your account at https://account.galorase.com.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of being notified of your withdrawal. For goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof that they have been sent back.

Hygiene Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been unsealed after delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods, including the applicable legal guarantee of conformity under EU law.
