Can I order as a gift for someone else?

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

 

How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 4 business day, please contact us at info@galorase.com.

 

What currency are the prices I see in the site?

All prices are in USD.

 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. We ship to all locations within the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow 3-4 business days for shipping.

Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 4 business days, please email us at info@galorase.com

 

What if there is an issue with my order?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 7 days to send it back to us for a full refund. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.

Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You must cancel your order before it ships. There will be a restocking fee of 3.9% + $0.31 USD and if outside the USA the restocking fee is 5.4% $0.31 USD. 

 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at  info@galorase.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one if you contact us immediately. No refund will be given after we ship out the package due to incorrect submission.
