Returns and Refunds
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. There will be a restocking fee of 3.9% + $0.31 USD and if outside the USA the restocking fee is 5.4% $0.31 USD. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. After 30 days, the product will not be eligible for a replacement or refund. Items must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note: If your returned package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive before receiving a refund.
We do not issue the refund if your our order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
